Everything is on the ground floor: three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious living area. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi internet, and everything needed for a comfortable family stay.

Outside, the private heated pool, sunny terrace, and enclosed garden create space for long evenings together. The area invites you to walk, cycle, canoe, visit castles and caves, enjoy lively markets, and explore local villages.

Surroundings

Between Veyrignac and Milhac, on the border of the Périgord Noir and the Lot.

Milhac, on the border of the Dordogne and Lot, is a small medieval village. For shopping and markets you can head to Groléjac (6 km), Gourdon (10 km), or Sarlat (15 km), where several supermarkets are available.

The Dordogne River is about 10 minutes away and perfect for canoe trips, swimming, and relaxing by the water. The area also offers walking, cycling, horseback riding, and tennis.

Dogs are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the terrace around the pool.

A few bicycles are available depending on the period. Extra hire is possible in Carsac and Sarlat.

Additional costs

  • Final cleaning and pool cleaning participation: EUR 70.

    Since 2021, final cleaning is handled by Melimo Services.

    If final cleaning takes more than 3.5 hours, extra cleaning costs are charged.

  • Check-in from 16:00 on arrival day, check-out before 10:00 on departure day.

  • Electricity: EUR 0.30 per kWh extra.

    In the low, pre-, and post-season, 150 kWh per week is included in the rent.

    This helps cover electricity used for swimming pool filtration in these seasons.

    In high season, 300 kWh per week is included in the rent.

  • Extra usage (for example charging electric cars) is charged and must be declared in advance.

    For electric car charging, an advance on electricity costs is requested, with settlement after departure.

Terms

  • 25% deposit at booking, and 75% payment in the month before arrival.

    For July and August, the initial deposit is 40%.

    A security deposit of EUR 500 is due with the final payment.
