Final cleaning and pool cleaning participation: EUR 70.
Since 2021, final cleaning is handled by Melimo Services.
If final cleaning takes more than 3.5 hours, extra cleaning costs are charged.
Check-in from 16:00 on arrival day, check-out before 10:00 on departure day.
Electricity: EUR 0.30 per kWh extra.
In the low, pre-, and post-season, 150 kWh per week is included in the rent.
This helps cover electricity used for swimming pool filtration in these seasons.
In high season, 300 kWh per week is included in the rent.
Extra usage (for example charging electric cars) is charged and must be declared in advance.
For electric car charging, an advance on electricity costs is requested, with settlement after departure.

25% deposit at booking, and 75% payment in the month before arrival.
For July and August, the initial deposit is 40%.
A security deposit of EUR 500 is due with the final payment.
